GSR (General Service Representative) Report Template provided by District 04 Mid-Southern California Area (MSCA) 09: Purpose of the Template The template is a fill-in-the-blank guide designed to help a GSR efficiently organize and share information from higher service levels (District and Area) back to their local A.A. home group. Key Sections of the Report Meeting Attendance: A place to state the date of the last District 04 business meeting attended. District 04 Highlights: A bulleted section to share interesting news, updates, or items discussed at the local district level. MSCA Area 09 Highlights: A section dedicated to passing along broader regional information from the Mid-Southern California Area. Guest Speaker Details: Fields to record the name of the month’s guest speaker, their topic, and the key takeaways from their presentation. Financial Seventh Tradition Acknowledgement: A spot to note and thank the home group for their specific monetary contribution as recorded in the treasurer’s report. Upcoming Events: A section to list upcoming A.A. events, prompting members to visit Long Beach AA for more details.
