Young People in A.A. (YPAA)

Panel 74 Liaison: Vacant

1. Attend all (no less than 6) MSC Area 09 and local YPAA committee meetings and report to the district on YPAA activities.
2. Attend all meetings of the District 4 Committee and the District 4 business meetings.
3. Maintain activity in YPAA projects in the District 4 territory.
4. Coordinate any General Service and YPAA activities that are required.
5. Act as service sponsor for replacement to ensure an orderly transfer of responsibilities.

Harbor Area Service Committee

Panel 74 HASC Liaison: Debra L.

1. Attend all HASC and local Committee meetings and report to the district on intergroup activities.
2. Attend all Harbor Area Service Committee meetings and report to District 4 on HASC activities.
3. Maintain activity in District 4 intergroup projects.
4. Coordinate any General Service and Intergroup activities that are required.
5. Attend all meetings of the District 4 Committee and the Steering Committee.
6. Act as service sponsor for a replacement to ensure an orderly transfer of responsibilities.

Panel 74 H&I Committee Chair: Vacant

1. Attend all MSCA Area 9 and local H&l Committee meetings and report to the district on H&I activities.

2. Attend all meetings of the District 4 Committee and the District 4 Steering Committee.

3. Maintain activity in H&I projects in the District 4 territory.

4. Coordinate any General Service and H&I activities that are required.

5. Act as service sponsor for replacement to ensure an orderly transfer of responsibilities.
