ROCYPAA stands for Recovering Orange County Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous. It is a local service committee comprised of young—and “young at heart”—members of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) dedicated to carrying the message of sobriety and helping others recover.
- The Mission: They host events, panels, and fellowship gatherings to show that sobriety is not only achievable at a young age, but can also be fun, active, and deeply rewarding.
- The Business Meetings: The committee holds its monthly business meetings on the fourth Sunday of every month from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
- Location: Meetings typically take place at the Irvine United Congregational Church, located at 4915 Alton Pkwy, Irvine, CA 92604.
- Get Involved: The meetings and events provide an accessible way for younger members to get involved in AA service work and build a strong sober support network.
