Opening: Call to order, ASC readings, and introductions of delegates, officers, GSRs, and guests.

• Minutes: Approval of the March 2025 Draft Area Service Committee Minutes.
• 12:15 – 12:45 PM (Officer Reports): 5-minute reports from Area Officers (Treasurers, Secretary, Registrar, Chair, Alt Delegate, and Delegate).
• 12:45 – 1:45 PM (Committee Reports): Brief updates (2 minutes English / 4 minutes Spanish) from various districts and standing committees (such as Accessibility, Archives, Finance, and Public Information)

Business & Motions

• Old Business (1:45 – 2:30 PM)
• Discussions will be held regarding:
  • Website Ad-Hoc Committee Progress Report (15 min).
  • Area Printer & Materials Discussion (15 min).
  • Alternate Chair Discussion (15 min).
• New Business: Motions Q&A (2:30 – 3:00 PM)
  • Motion 76-1: Amending Bylaw Article 9.2 to require corporate checks and promissory notes to be signed by the Treasurer/AP and countersigned by the Treasurer/AR (or the Chair in their absence).
  • Motion 76-2: Approval of up to $2,000.00 to fund an annual November La Viña Event for the next 5 years, as outlined in the 2026 Calendar.
