Draft minutes must be formally approved by District 04/MSCA 09 to ensure they are an accurate and agreed-upon record of what took place.
Making Corrections: ○ Minutes can be modified before approval; when a motion is made to revise the minutes .
Formal Consensus: ○ A member must make a motion to approve or revise the minutes, another member must second it, and the district body must vote on it.
Once approved, the draft becomes the official historical record of the district’s actions, officer reports, and financial decisions.
